Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- by phoning us on 020 7622 5642 between 1pm and 4pm when it is less busy
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable
We will only give test results to the patient who had them.
Do not be alarmed if you are told that the doctor wants to see you to discuss your results. It’s not necessarily going to be bad news.
