Measles cases are rising in London

Please make sure your child is up to date with their vaccinations and book an appointment at the surgery to catch up on missed doses. Two doses of the MMR vaccine can provide lifelong protection against measles.

Measles is more than just a rash. 1 in 5 children with measles will need hospital treatment. It can cause serious complications and in rare cases can be fatal.

Non-NHS fees

NHS GP services are provided without charge at the point of need. Other services, not provided by the NHS are chargeable.

These are our current rates:

  • Confirmation of registration status – £10.00
  • Statement of fact – £20.00 to £30.00
  • Private sick note – £15.00

  • Provident association claim form (e.g. BUPA/PPP) – £20.00 to £30.00
  • Sickness/accident insurance benefit claim form – £20.00 to £30.00

Medical examinations

  • Taxi medical – £100.00
  • LGV/Bus – £125.00

Travel vaccinations

  • Malaria (private prescription) – £20.00
  • Rabies (Course of 3) – £180.00
  • Hepatitis B (for Travel) (Course of 3) – £150.00
  • ACWY Meningitis plus certificate – £60.00
  • Freedom from infection certificate – £10.00
  • Hepatitis A adult – Free
  • Hepatitis A junior – Free
  • Typhoid – Free

    Fees for non-NHS services are paid at the point of service. We accept card payments.
