National Self Care Week (15th – 21st November 2021)

This week is Self Care Week and we are encouraging patients to be active in taking care of your own health.

Good nutrition and regular exercise are just some of the small things that you can do to improve your health and wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Centre has plenty of resources dedicated to self care, such as how to manage certain mental health conditions and how to eat healthier.
